1.As the steel pipe for oil cylinder, the biggest advantage of cold drawn welded pipe is that there is no wall thickness difference. The oil cylinder manufacturer can process the groove and thread of the inner hole based on the outer circle without turning the process groove, which is convenient and fast and improves the production efficiency. In European and American developed countries, 80% of the hydraulic cylinder barrel is provided by the cold drawing process of welded pipe. With the progress of our country's production technology of welded pipe, the welded pipe, as the base material of cold drawing, has fully met the pressure bearing requirements of hydraulic cylinder. In cooperation with our company's eddy current detection and ultrasonic nondestructive testing of finished products, it is confirmed that the welded pipe as the cylinder barrel is safe in use. The pressure burst test reaches 600 bar, and the oil cylinder has no internal and external leakage.
